KRISTINE NUTT, MSW, LCSW​

Kristine Nutt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Specialist. She holds a MSW from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a B.A. in Sociology from UNC-Asheville. She is also an experienced instructor, who taught college courses, including classes on Addictive Behaviors, Human Services, and Gerontology.

Kristine began her career as the Director of a day treatment program for offenders, where she developed and implemented treatment programs for substance use, mental health, domestic violence, and sex offenders. In addition, she was a member of a National Disaster Response Team for FEMA, as part of a pilot project to provide therapeutic services to individuals experiencing substance use and mental health issues, following natural disasters.

Kristine has years of experience working with clients and their families dealing with process addictions, substance use, complex mental health issues, including mood disorders and trauma, and dissociative disorders. She also served as an examiner for the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Practice Board and has presented at local, state, and national conferences. In fact, she has worked for some of the most highly respected treatment programs in the country. Her passion is helping anyone who wants help, and she loves working with both the individual and their family.

Rick comes with great respect and motivation for the treatment of addiction and co-occurring disorders, both personally and professionally. With over 34 years of living and supporting the philosophy of treatment for successful recovery, Rick brings with him vast experience, knowledge, and resources in addressing the needs and concerns of the addicted and their treatment representatives.

Over the years, Rick has been the Director of Marketing and Business Development, with a National and International focus, for several successful treatment programs in California and Arizona. He has also worked as Director of Aftercare and Discharge Planning, as well as an Intake and Admissions Coordinator. With over three decades of successful relationship building, treatment resources, and recovery experience, Rick brings with him the compassion, desire, and expertise in helping those who struggle to find the appropriate assistance in their search for wellness, serenity, and accomplishment.
